Registration:

To register for training classes, training workshops or in home one on one training, information is required to hold your spot:

  • First and last name, address, phone number(s), postal code.
  • Pets name, breed, color, date of birth.
  • Where you got Training Loyal Companions name from? (Internet search, Veterinarian or petstore).
  • Veterinarian information.

Payment:

Pre-payment is required to hold your spot.

Training Loyal Companions is only taking cash or cheque for payment.

Payment in cheque can be mailed to 453 Pembina Hwy, R3M 2K9. Cheques can be made out to Training Loyal Companions.

Cheques can also be dropped off in the black mail box marked Training Loyal Companions at the back of the training facility.

Payment in cash can be done at the training facility, where you can meet with your dog trainer to pre-pay. This will need to be arranged by phone or email.

Payment Policy:

  • All group dog training classes, training workshops, puppy play dates and one on one training must be confirmed by payment. If payment has not arrived by agreed date and time, your reservation will be cancelled and your spot will be lost to another.
  • All group dog training classes, training workshops, puppy play dates and one on one training must be paid in full 48 hours in advance prior to start date, unless otherwise discussed with your instructor, Christie Golebiowski.
  • Training Loyal Companions has a strict no refund policy. If you do not show up for a training workshop or training class, you will not receive a refund. If an emergency situation has occurred a doctor’s note or documentation will be necessary for a refund. A $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • If you miss a class you may transfer between classes to makeup the exercise(s) you missed. Transferring classes will only be permitted if space allows and the dog and handler are suited to the group. A private make-up class can be arranged for $20.00 for ½ hour session.
  • Payment can be made by cash or check ONLY. Checks can be made out to Training Loyal Companions and mailed to: Training loyal Companions, 453 Pembina Hwy, R3M 2K9
  • Checks can also be dropped off at back of the training building in a black mail box marked Training Loyal Companions.
  • There will be a $32.00 NSF fee for NSF checks.
  • Cash is also accepted and must be paid at the training facility before or after class. This time must be arranged with the trainer, Christie Golebiowski.
  • In home one on one training requires 24 hour cancellation notice. If this is not given, then you will have forfeited your appointment.
